Product liability
EFUSE shall be liable, within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, for the promised characteristics of the products shown. Any claims for liability above and beyond such – in particular relating to products created by third parties using products referred to in this documentation – are expressly excluded.
Conditions of use
Our products are suitable for use in a temperature range from 5°C to +40°C. EFUSE must be consulted where products are to be used for applications outside these limits. We reserve the right to make technical and optical changes during the course of product improvement.
Intellectual property rights
Any copying of protected products is a violation of rights and, as such, shall be liable to compensation.
